The Promax Imaging technical team offers full complementary technical support to all customers. Our technical team is available for:
- Support with products already purchased from Promax
- Advice on new product selection
- Consultation on refilling techniques

The technical team spend a lot of time on the road visiting customers all over the United Kingdom and beyond. They visit customers to demonstrate new equipment, page about it advise on the latest industry developments and to troubleshoot any problems a customer may be experiencing. The visits are free of charge (with the exception of a cup of tea for each person who visits). Generally speaking, nurse the visits are grouped together, over a 2 or 3 day period, into a certain geographical radius. Every time the technical team establishes and proves a refilling process for a new cartridges it is documented as a set of refilling instructions. Very soon all of these documents will be available for download. In the mean time feel free to take a look at the example document below.
